• Requests outside the agreed scope may require:

6. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to Dreden Media.
• Dreden Media retains ownership of:

  • Workflows
  • Proprietary processes
  • Templates

  • Draft concepts
  • Source files unless otherwise agreed
• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use final deliverables as outlined in their agreement.
• Unless confidentiality has been requested in writing before project commencement, Dreden Media may showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including but not limited to:

• Google

• GoHighLevel
• Shopify
• Stripe
• TikTok

• Other software providers

Dreden Media is not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Policy changes
• Account suspensions
• API limitations
• Platform downtime
